Navid has over 10 years of investment management experience and is a CFA charterholder.

Prior to founding ModernAdvisor in 2013, he was portfolio manager at a private investment fund for 5 years. Navid also holds the Chartered Investment Manager designation.

Before entering the investment profession, he received a Master of Engineering degree from UBC, graduating at the top of his class.

Isaac has more than 14 years of investment management experience and is a CFA charter holder.

Prior to joining ModernAdvisor in 2015, Isaac was a Portfolio Manager at KCS Fund Strategies, a firm specializing in creating portfolios for pension plans and high net worth investors.

Isaac holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from SFU.

Gordon has 20 years experience as a discretionary, fee-only portfolio manager and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.

His other investment roles have been investment performance analyst, research analyst, and retail financial adviser.

Before entering the investment profession, Gordon received a Master of Science degree in Mathematics and taught mathematics, statistics, and computer science in colleges.

Michael has over 15 years experience as both an investment and insurance advisor, and holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP), CIM, and CHS designations.

In addition to his work with several industry education providers, he is also an award-winning author and contributes regularly to numerous personal finance publications.

Michael also has degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, and teaches mathematics and finance at Algonquin College in Ottawa.
